W. Ross Wheatley - P. Eng., Vice PresidentRoss graduated from the Technical University of Nova Scotia with a Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical Engineer in 1995, and has been engaged primarily as a consulting engineer in the areas of commercial, institutional, bioscience, and industrial facility design and construction. Through his extensive and diverse project experience, he has developed particular design expertise in HVAC systems, fire protection, bioscience facilities, industrial refrigeration, and geothermal systems. Ross' project experience with sports and recreational facilities included refrigeration and controls systems, and application of energy efficiency measures to maximize energy efficiency of facilities. Measures included geothermal system and heat recovery from ice plant refrigeration system for utilization in facility heat systems. Email Ross>J. Douglas Matheson - P. Eng., PresidentDoug graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical Engineer in 1989, and has been engaged in consulting engineering since that time. He has extensive experience in the design, commissioning, and operation of plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and automatic control systems for commercial and institutional facilities. His wide experience and practical approach has made him the consultant of choice for many architects and building owners in PEI. In addition to traditional mechanical systems design, he has considerable experience in the design and implementation of successful leading edge technology based mechanical systems. This includes geothermal based heat pump systems, underfloor ventilation delivery systems, and fully integrated building energy management control systems. Email Doug>Frank J. Callaghan - P. Eng., Frank graduated from Nova Scotia Technical College in 1965 as a Mechanical Engineer, and has been engaged continuously in mechanical contracting and engineering since that time. His wide experience and practical approach has made him the consultant of choice for many architects and building owners in PEI. Frank has been President for both the Association of Professional Engineers of Prince Edward Island, and the Prince Edward Island Construction Association. He also was awarded the Ralph L. Woodside Memorial Award for service to the Profession by the Association of Professional Engineers of PEI. Email Frank>Paul A. Tatlock - P. Eng., Paul graduated from the Technical University of Nova Scotia (now Dalhousie) with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1995. Since graduating, Paul has been engaged primarily as a consulting engineer in PEI, across Canada, and on several international projects all involving technical direction and solutions to mechanical systems. Paul has provided professional design services and project management for project in the areas of processing, institutional, commercial, pharmaceutical and industrial facility design and construction. His unique combination of on-site management, construction experience, plus extensive professional design and problem solving expertise provides effective and efficient design services. Email Paul>Adam MacKenzie - P. Eng., Adam graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering in 2003. He joined Testori Americas Corp. as a Junior Engineer prior to joining MCA Consultants Inc. in the fall of 2003. He is responsible for the study, design and construction administration of numerous projects in the industrial, commercial and institutional sectors. He's also responsible for general administration functions, preparing proposals, budget preparation and scheduling of projects. Email Adam>
